Control Principle of Constant Temperature and Humidity Laboratory System

  The main purpose of building a constant temperature and humidity laboratory or a constant temperature and humidity workshop is to build an environment that meets the requirements of the standard. The center of the control environment is the control of the constant temperature and humidity system. Therefore, whether the control accuracy of the constant temperature and humidity system can reach the standard is the primary factor of our construction project. Now let's understand the principle of constant temperature and humidity system.


1. Cooling Principle of Constant Temperature and Humidity Air Conditioning: High-pressure liquid refrigerant flows out through filters and enters the evaporator through capillary throttling. Because of pressure drop, refrigerant continuously absorbs heat from air to evaporator in the evaporator and evaporates into steam, which is then inhaled by the compressor. The compressed high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the condenser, and the heat is absorbed by the radiator belt of the condenser. As a result, the refrigerant becomes a high-pressure cryogenic liquid, and then passes through its filter to the capillary, so that the cycle continues, transferring the heat from the indoor to the outdoor, so that the indoor temperature can be lowered.

2. Heating Principle of Constant Temperature and Humidity Air Conditioning: When the temperature in the conditioned air is lower than the required temperature, the computer controller of the Constant Temperature and Humidity Air Conditioning will turn on the electric heater to heat the air and send it to the air conditioning room through the fan to reach the heating effect.


3. The dehumidification principle of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning: when the humidity in the conditioned air is greater than the required value, the compressor is started to refrigerate, and the air is cooled below the dew point temperature through the evaporator, and the moisture in the air is precipitated, so as to achieve the dehumidification effect.


4. Humidification principle of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning: When the relative humidity of the conditioned air is lower than the required value, the computer controller of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning makes the electrode humidifier work, and the water is heated and rejoiced into steam, which is fed into the air conditioning space by the fan, so as to achieve the humidification effect.
