Cleaning of stainless steel raw materials: stainless steel surface is polluted and cut, which leads to the damage of passive film on the steel surface, and also the possibility of growing rust spots. The raw material is simply stained with fingerprints and difficult to erase. Spray rust-proof paint on the equipment when it is clean and let it be scrubbed and cleaned with a rag afterwards. The frequency of sorting is adjusted according to the specific situation. The finishing operation of this method not only has a clean effect, but also has a rust-proof effect on the appearance of stainless steel. Anti-rust paint can form anti-rust film on damaged parts to prevent further oxidation of data.

3. Internal Cleaning

1) Humidifier: Humidifier and water rust are often cleaned to avoid scale and influence steam emission. 2) Condenser: The heat dissipation (condenser) of refrigeration unit should be maintained regularly and kept clean. Dust sticky condenser will make the compressor high-pressure switch jump off and cause false alarm. The condenser should be maintained regularly and monthly. The dust adhering to the radiator mesh of the condenser should be removed by vacuum cleaner or cleaned by a high-pressure air nozzle after starting up with a hard brush.

3) Wet Ball Cloth: Wet cloth of dry and wet balls is often checked. When the appearance of the test cloth is not clean or hardened, or after the control of high temperature above 85 C, the temperature and humidity should be kept before the control of temperature and humidity. 4) Compressor: Compressor is the most important component of constant temperature and humidity test box, and its maintenance is mainly on scale removal. Run the compressor for 20 minutes and let the oil temperature inside reach normal temperature. Then stop running, wait for the pressure in the compressor chamber to drain, open the oil cap, pour into the compressor oil cleaner, run again for 40 minutes, and finally export the old oil to add new oil. Maintenance frequency depends on the frequency of use. If it is used frequently, it is advocated that it should be maintained once a year.
